This year, 2012, has all been about one fabulous project.
Woodhall Manor is a beautiful estate on the outskirts of Woodbridge, with 14 beautifully appointed bedrooms, my job is to shout loudly about all that is on offer.
So far, we have introduced a comprehensive Sales and Marketing plan, commissioned the design of a new website, introduced a list of services for the Corporate market, both local and national, overhauled the financial controls, including a detailed budget template. Salesforce is now configured and working with reports, market segments and detailed lead and conversion information, all specific to Woodhall Manor.
A PR guru has been appointed, enquiry conversion rates have increased, a new fire plan has been introduced, an operations team have been deployed and briefed on achieving a 5 star service. We have made front page news... phew!
This month, its all about the food and beverage. A new wine list awaits tasting (a tough job but someone has to do it), a complete overhaul of all of our menus and systems and procedures that would stand up to the scrutiny of the big corporate boys.
